Points visualization library, free font for interface design, and Google Fonts inspiration – Design round up #7
Hi and welcome to our design resources roundup for this week!
PTS
Pts is a new library that enables you to compose and visualize points. is about connecting the dots, like seeing the Big Dipper when we look at a sky full of stars. In Pts, a point represents the basic building block, the smallest idea in the vastness of a conceptual space.
Interface free font
We have a new favorite free font this week: Interface, a font for highly legible text on computer screens. The idea behind Interface was that by crafting a font in a particular way, with a particular coordinate system (Units Per EM), and for a particular target rasterization size (11), it would be possible to get the best of both sharpness and readability.
Free font generator from Google Fonts
Are you looking for inspiration for your new website typography? The Brandmark font generator creates unique font pairings from Google fonts. In our latest theme Fenix you can completely change the typography of your website in just a matter of seconds thanks to the typography management system that is integrated in the WordPress Customizer.
That’s it for this week; come back next friday for more design links, or check back on monday for another development roundup!
